Thursdays 1:30-2 pm, starting May 9, 2019. Cultivate your energy to very high levels with these meditations.Each week we will experience a variety of meditations including some taught to me by Master Hong Liu in Los Angeles and Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming in Boston.
Tuesdays at 11:30 am, beginning Apr. 16, 2019 Primordial Qigong is a powerful set of Qigong exercises that cleanse blockages and restores vitality and health to the body. With both internal leading of the energy as well as graceful, flowing movements, we return to the original (primordial) healthy state that is the natural state for all people. Wednesdays 12:30 pm, starting April 17, 2019. This program is an excellent place for those wishing to experience Tai Chi for the first time or to further develop their ongoing practice.
Tuesdays, starting Sept. 17, 2019 at 11:30 am. Two different styles of qigong to increase flexibility, strengthen the body, heal the joints, and promote wellness.
