Six Healing Sounds and Shiba Luohan #10 Qigong 10-week Course

The Six Healing Sounds Qigong is an ancient set from the 7th century BC. Simple movements are combined with visualizations to bring deep cleansing and healing to the internal organs, the emotions, and the spirit. This style can be done standing, sitting, or even driving a car! There is no other style of Qigong that can so easily offer profound healing. 

To accompany the Six Healing Sounds, we will also practice the tenth piece of the Shiba Luohan Qigong set, "Green Dragon Swings Tail." This is one of my favorites from the set of 18 movements, healing the spine, energizing the body, and lifting the spirits. With this fun and very short routine you will get the body moving and improve circulation.

No experience needed! 

10 week program, a half hour per lesson, $80. ONLY $60 if taking another course!

In-person and live broadcasts on Thursdays, 2:30-3 pm EST, starting Feb. 23, 2023.

In-person class is also broadcasted and recorded during live session and those registered will have access to the live online class as well as access to recordings of each class for two years. You do not have to be present during the live broadcast to participate in the course. During live broadcasts you have the option of being on-screen if you choose.

Covid policy: Students must wear masks during in-person classes. If you have a cold or any sign of communicable illness, please stay home and participate through the online option or watch recordings of class later.
