Four Seasons Qigong with Meridian Breathing Meditation Recorded Program
As the seasons change, so does our energy. In this class we will study in depth the Four Seasons Qigong set (from the teachings of Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming) which helps the body adjust to the changing seasons as well as clears out energy blockages in specific organ systems and joints. Gentle, flowing movements engage the muscles, organs, and joints and are easy to learn and enjoy.
This set has been practiced for hundreds of years to promote wellness and relieve pain. Meridian Breathing Meditation will be integrated into the movements to enhance peace and healing. We will also practice deep meditation to move energy through the meridians of the body with the Micro Cosmic Orbit Meditation and Twelve Meridian Meditation. No prior experience needed!
8-Lesson program, one hour per lesson, $125. (Taught by Lisa B. O'Shea)
Online class was recorded during broadcast and those registered will have access to the recordings for 2 years.
