My goal is to create a welcoming community experience, flowing through some meditation, movement, dialogue, and Q&A. I'll begin the series with topics that I'm interested in and hope to receive suggestions from you on what you'd most like to explore. Feel free to send in any questions or topic suggestions ahead of time if you'd like. 

This course is accessible to people of all ages and abilities and no previous experience is needed!
